Account Setup

How do I get access to 1st Phorm Performance?
At the moment, 1st Phorm Performance is currently in Closed Beta Testing and is available by invitation only.

How does a Client create an account?
Clients can only create an account by accepting an invitation from their trainer. Once invited, they can register through the 1st Phorm app to access their personalized training program and track their progress.

Can I link my account to other fitness apps or devices?
The 1st Phorm Performance platform exclusively integrates with the 1st Phorm App, which automatically syncs your steps, workouts, and nutrition data.

How do I reset my password?
Follow the reset password process on the 1st Phorm app.

Using the App

How do I invite Clients to my training program?
To invite Clients, go to the My Clients page, enter their name and email address, and then click "Add Client". That will send the Client an email with a link to approve or deny. Once they accept, they’re automatically added to your list of Clients.

Can I add assistant trainers to my team?
No, adding assistant trainers is not supported at this time.

What features are available for clients in the app?
Clients can access the entire feature set of the 1st Phorm App. Additionally, they will have access to custom workout plans and other 1st Phorm Performance specific features.

How do challenges work, and how do I enter one?
To join a challenge, select it within the app, confirm your participation, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your first progress photos of the challenge.
